Lennar Reports First Quarter Results   2008-03-27
Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), one of the nation's largest homebuilders, today reported results for its first quarter ended February 29, 2008. First quarter net loss in 2008 was $88.2 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, compared to first quarter net earnings of $68.6 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, in 2007.

  • Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE:KRC) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.58 per common share payable on April 18, 2008 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2008. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $2.32 per share and is a 4.5% increase from the previous annualized dividend level of $2.22 per share.
